Why I Started OMGina!

I started OMGina! because I realized conversations that truly matter aren't always being told. The ones about growth, healing, truth, and intentional living. I wanted to create a space where feelings can be told and heard without judgement, where voices are heard and experiences are valued. 

At one point you get tired of holding it all in and wish there was a space just for you, where your feelings are heard and matter. Thankfully, you made it! 

This podcast is my way of holding a mic for the stories that inspire reflection, spark growth, and remind us all that our experiences -- the messy, beautiful, and transformative - matter. It's about intentional conversations, authentic connections, and creating a community where people can learn, laugh, and feel seen.
